1. About the Website and Business

This website is operated by M/s Nextgen Technologies. The online store offers electronics components, robotics and STEM kits, 3D-printed articles and customised products, and related items. Product availability, specifications and services may differ by listing and destination.

References to "we", "us" or "our" mean M/s Nextgen Technologies. References to "you" or "customer" mean a person browsing the website or purchasing products.

2. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, other customers or our operations. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, submit misleading information or use the website to violate another person's rights.

If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase transaction on your own, a parent or legal guardian should assist with the transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that the details submitted with an order are accurate and current.

3. Product Information, Images and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications, compatibility information and prices accurately. Images are illustrative where indicated. Actual colour, finish, texture or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing batches or the nature of 3D printing.

Electronics and robotics components may require technical knowledge, compatible equipment, suitable power supplies and careful handling. Customers should review the product listing, specifications, included items and stated requirements before ordering. Contact us before purchase if important compatibility information is unclear.

Listings and stock availability may change. We may correct an inadvertent listing error or update product information. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and explain the available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

4. Prices, Taxes and Shipping Charges

The price and any shipping charges applicable to an order will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown where required. The final amount payable is the amount presented at checkout, subject to any correction communicated before fulfilment.

Promotions, discounts or offers may be subject to specific conditions shown with the offer. An offer does not apply retrospectively unless its terms expressly say otherwise.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself guarantee fulfilment. Orders are subject to availability, verification of the information submitted and confirmation of payment or cash-on-delivery details.

We may contact you to clarify an address, confirm an order or resolve a payment or product-availability issue. Please respond promptly where confirmation is required to fulfil the order.

If we cannot fulfil an order, or a material error or other reasonable fulfilment issue arises, we may cancel the affected order and inform you. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our Cancellation Policy.

6. Payment Methods and Cash on Delivery

We accept online payment methods made available by the checkout/payment provider and cash on delivery (COD) where COD is shown as available for the order and delivery destination. Payment options can vary by product, location and provider availability.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their applicable terms and security procedures. We receive transaction information needed to confirm and manage the order; payment-card or banking credentials are handled by the relevant provider as applicable.

For COD orders, please provide a reachable phone number and be available to receive the order and pay the amount shown at checkout. A COD order may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.

7. Dispatch, Delivery and Risk of Delay

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification, or after confirmation of a COD order. Estimated delivery is generally 5-7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary because of destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area service or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should provide a complete delivery address, accurate PIN code and reachable phone number. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking and how to report damaged, missing or incorrect items.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Return requests are considered for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the product listing, subject to review and applicable law. Customers should report a delivery issue within 24 hours after delivery and retain the product, packaging and included accessories while the request is reviewed.

Custom 3D-printed products are non-returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect. A product warranty applies only where a warranty is specifically stated on that product's listing. These conditions do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order if it has not been dispatched. Dispatch may occur before a request is processed, so cancellation is effective only after we confirm it. 9. Customised and 3D-Printed Products

Where a product is made or finished according to customer-provided text, names, images, dimensions, colour choices or other specifications, the customer is responsible for checking that the submitted details are correct and that they have the right to provide any submitted content.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and customised production, minor variations in surface finish, colour or dimensions may occur. A custom item is not returnable merely because the customer changes their mind or supplied incorrect personalisation details, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

10. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website text, graphics, branding, photographs, designs and other content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal shopping and lawful informational purposes, but you must not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

You must not submit content that unlawfully uses another person's intellectual property, violates privacy or other rights, or is unlawful. We may decline to use or process content that appears to violate these requirements.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the website, inaccurate information supplied by a customer, incompatible third-party equipment or events beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not affect remedies available for a product that is legally required to meet applicable standards.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by a competent forum or court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section restricts a consumer from using a forum or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.
